Try moving the devices closer to each other. You can now use your wireless headphones with your Switch.Issue 2: Unable to connect to the Sony Bluetooth headphones even though they are detected by the PC/smartphone. Wait for the on-screen prompt of the USB volume control. Plug the USB dongle for your wireless headset into the connector. Plug the USB-to-USB-C connector into the USB-C port on the bottom of the Nintendo Switch. Put your wireless headphones in pairing mode.
